Nkosi will discuss his breakthroughs teaching yoga as a former prison inmate and how his practice continues to guide his life.



An early childhood practice gave Nkosi the opportunity to offer yoga classes to his fellow inmates while formerly incarcerated. As a returning citizen, he was confronted with new personal and professional challenges. He is the subject of the documentary short Nkosi Eclipsed, directed by Candie Delevante.
