Amelia Knott, RP, RCAT is an art therapist, artist, content creator, and almost-author (coming Fall 2024!).  Amelia works online from the Slocan Valley of British Columbia (unceded Sinixt Territory). Art therapy combines approaches from psychotherapy, counseling, and art-making to support people in their mental health.

In this episode, Amelia shares her experience as an art therapist. We explore the topics of healing through art, differences and similarities between art therapy and talk therapy, perfectionism related to art therapy, exploring one's unconscious wounds through art, and more.
