10: Love & Expectations

Today marks three years with my boyfriend - my first relationship ever - so I decided to share what I've learned within these past few years.

We often compare our relationships to fairytales, rom coms, highlight reels of other couples - creating a fantasy of unrealistic expectations.

In this episode, things get raw & I share how I may have fallen into the trap of these unrealistic expectations, instead of appreciating what IS.

In addition, I discuss the importance of knowing your worth & how feeling complete as an individual is helpful in creating a more healthy, loving relationship.
