Kat is the founder of Way Back Home and EcoNIDRA™, Mentor in Presence & Self-Care, ANFT certified Forest Therapy Guide and a Slow Family advocate. Kat's passion and mission are to help people reconnect with nature, with themselves and with others. Kat was trained by world experts and great mentors in Forest Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Council Facilitation, as a Teacher of Presence trained by Eckhart Tolle (formally) and her son (informally), Wellbeing Inspired by Nature Consultant, Holistic Nutrition, Psychology of Eating & Life Coach, in Wilderness First Aid, Cross-Cultural Communication and Linguistics. She has 20+ years of experience in training adults and community building for nature and human connection related projects.
