Daryl is someone I met soon after my spiritual awakening adventures began and something that always caught my attention was how REAL he is at all times. He doesn't put on a mask for anyone. He owns his truth and lets the chips fall where they may.

Because of this he has attracted some beautiful people into his world including his powerhouse wife and his partner in his new movement 'Men's Business.'

Daryl and co-creator Chris Sulfa are offering men a chance to show up for themselves, to gain a deeper understanding of the difference between toxic and positive masculinity and a supportive space for men to let out all they have been holding in. With exercises like ice baths, meditation and breath work, the Men's Business workshops are known for the positive transformation the attendees experience.
