Are you in that frustrating phase where you can't seem to make any progress on your goals? 

You may know what you want and fight with self sabotage or crippling self doubt. Or you may still be a little unsure of exactly where you want to be, you just know it's not where you are right now.

In this episode I offer 6 things that you can start working on now that helped me massively in taking action and getting the ball rolling. Once you dig in, momentum takes over and it becomes more and more effortless but taking those initial steps are tough. I was in that state for many many years and I feel you.

Take what resonates with you from this list and start making the small shifts whether mental or in your routine and I promise you will start to see progress. Once progress comes into the picture it becomes exciting and addictive and you want to see what else you're capable of.
