The Most Irritating Creekside Arrest
Officers in Platteville, WI responded to a 911 call in which the caller stated, her ex, Gerald Moon had entered her locked house. After an altercation, Gerald fled on an ATV and officers found him in a creek. Officers peppered sprayed him and got him out of the creek. He eventually was seen by medics but ended up refusing medical care. He has a long history of acting in a similar manner.
