Welcome back lovers & friends, to Love Journal, my journey into healing, relearning and defining love. Today, I wanted to talk about one of the biggest things I struggle with in relationships, communication out of fear of arguing. It's wild, but I've seen arguing a lot growing up and I've always been afraid of it so I find myself keeping my feelings to myself in relationships, but I've learned that's not healthy.
