This week Tim takes a more in depth look at the story of the Magi. The three wisemen; the three kings who are following this comet/star. It could be that when the young jewish men were enslaved in Babylon, that the Babylonians learned of the prophecy from the book of Numbers 24 about the birth of the coming king.

A fascinating look at how God was writing into history, this story of Jesus who would free his people, way back during the exile of Israel. Even as the unspeakable awfulness of exile and slavery were happening to Israel, God was writing hope into that very moment. God wrote hope into the heavens, into the cosmos, and these 3 men journeyed together for months, following the light in the heavens to pay tribute to this newborn King.
