Easter Sunday
Listen to Cn Tim's sermon: Jesus, Out of the Grave: Resetting Our Lives
The Way of Love- April
How do we reset and learn new ways to see ourselves in light of what Jesus has done.
This week Tim looks at the story of Jesus, Risen from the grave. What does this mean for our lives? How the apostle Paul taught us the differences between the 'natural' and the 'spiritual' as the differences between 'what a society assumes, with all it's ways of evaluating and saying who is worthy and who isn't; versus God's evaluation through his love, saying 'I love you and accept you, and have done this for you'. Knowing what is spiritual by who Jesus is. The resurrection validates all of this; Jesus had lived it.
Our way of love discussion next week will be about resetting our lives in light of what Jesus has done.
As Tim reminds each of us:
Remember, God loves you.
You will live with and in God forever, in a new world made whole, as the person God has intended and dreamed you to be, forgiven, accepted, transformed, known, alive, content, beholding and exuding glory, because the good one was vindicated and justice prevailed. All shall be well, so completely very well, for He is Risen.
