In general our culture sometimes struggles in friendships and relationships both within our family and with our neighbors and friends. This month Tim explores incarnation and how following Jesus can help us in these intimate relationships.

Journal Questions:
What does the idea that we are made to be body-mind-spirit in unity and connected to the Father as true simplicity and authenticity say to you? Can you imagine living into that reality in your own life? 

Jesus was single and celibate. Yet he had intimate, sensual encounters with people that transformed them. Often people who were isolated, ostracized, or living lives that were other than body-mind-spirit connected to the Father, in unity. Given his full humanity that accompanied his full divinity, how did he manage this?

To what degree is it necessary or just right to be a perhaps silent presence in another’s life around matters of human intimacies? When is it okay or right or the way of love to speak?
