Journal Questions to help you as you pray, reflect and journal:
Who, in your life, has best modeled being present in LOVE to others? 
What is it about them?

Who do you know who is present and not anxious? 
Can you see any reasons why?

Where does anxiety manifest in your life, circumstantially?

Where does anxiety manifest in your body physically?

If you can imagine living beyond anxiety, what do you most relish? 
How will you be different?
