Ordinary Time - God Loves You
Join us for Mother Wendy Dixon's sermon:
God Loves You, Hesed Pt. 3
Like Nothing Ever Found in a Book or Heard in a Sermon
Join us as Wendy continues our summer series on God's Love:
God Loves You - Hesed
Sometimes we have been told in our lives various sayings
"God loves you, but…"
"God loves you, and…"
"God loves you, therefore…"
But what if it's simpler, more profound, more powerful, more transforming, and more beautiful than that.
God Loves You
What does this mean for you and me? It means EVERYTHING.
God's love, God's faithfulness, God's mercy, God's grace, God's kindness, and God's loyalty.
Join us as Wendy breaks this down in an encouraging and life changing message for each one of us.
Thomas Merton reminded us, "Surrender your own poverty and acknowledge your nothingness to the Lord. Whether you understand it or not, God loves you, is present in you, lives in you, dwells in you, calls you, saves you and offers you an understanding and compassion which are like nothing you have ever found in a book or heard in a sermon."
We continue our look at God's "hesed" love as we look at the reading from Psalm 31.

It's a beautiful chapel, just the right size, in a lovely location by the sea, as well as an outdoor playground for our young families and for those young at heart. Check out all the information on our Events page:
