1 / Presence

  • Morning prayer and worship before checking the news
  • Family Sabbath: Friday evening to Saturday evening (light candle and have a few moments of family prayer to start)
  • Be intentional about praying with friends in the moment on phone, Zoom or on street

2 / Formation

  • Read and reflect on the lectionary passages
  • The Marriage Course
  • Explore Sacred Pathways with my daughter

3 / Love

  • Work through intercessory prayer list on bike rides
  • Weekly service: grocery delivery for friends / neighbors
  • Practice quiet generosity each week
  • Read three books on racial justice and process in community
