Nobody likes to be criticized.
Nobody.
However, if you have relationships with people who hold you accountable, then criticism is an inevitable part of that relationship's dialogue.
Tonight we focus not on how to deliver criticism (that'll be in a future episode), but on how to receive and accept criticism without nuking the relationship.
