These beliefs can limit a person's potential and prevent them from taking actions that could lead to success or happiness. They are often formed from past experiences, cultural conditioning, and societal norms. Examples of limiting beliefs that we will be talking about include: "I'm not good enough", "I'll never be loved and we will look at why it is important to recognise and challenge these limiting beliefs as they can hold people back from reaching their full potential and achieving their goals.
