They talk about how and why they're focusing on mobility and proper movement prep as well as other factors in launching the online program (available next week).

They then talk about presenting and training other trainers. While Craig and Chris actively train clients, they also spend a lot of time training other trainers. They discuss why a good presentation is like a good training program and how their thinking has shifted over the years to become better teachers.
