We're back with our third instalment of Trail Tales. Tom Wake speaks to Charlie Harpur who provides a dose of running motivation and inspiration.

When not working as a Landscape Designer & Gardener, Charlie is an impressive trail and ultra runner who in 2019 became the British 100km champion. His other achievements include winning the UK Trail Running Championships, finishing 3rd Brit at the CCC and taking the win at the South Downs Way 100.
