TRACK! Episode 16 - Kirsty Longley

This week on TRACK! We are delighted to be joined by Kirsty Longley. Kirsty is a talented runner over a range of distances who represents Liverpool Pembroke Sefton as well as representing England on numerous occasions. She has managed to unlock her potential at a point when many other elite runners are winding down and has combined this with being a working mum to two young daughters.
