40. A Birthday Milestone Message

YAY! We hit our 40th episode! It's so fitting given my big birthday milestone is coming up... it's on November 15th ;)

In this short and sweet episode I read a simple Stoic quote I pulled from Ryan Holiday's book, The Daily Stoic. It felt like a perfect point of reflection given the crazy year 2020 has thrown at us and as I'm approaching a quarantine birthday.
