Top of the Class Episode 11-Why Choose Education?

Today’s episode we’re talking about why we all should choose education. This episode is for pre-service teachers and veteran teachers alike. We want to dive into why education is such an important arena now more than ever. In this episode, we will be chatting with two wonderful guests  and pre-service teachers, Makenna Ray and Ivonne Carmona.  This topic matters to everyone in the field of education because as educators, we know that there are other tempting fields of work out there that might lure us away from schools and from our classrooms, especially during these challenging and contentious times in education! But, we ALL need that reminder about why we initially chose this profession, why this is such an important profession, and why we continue to choose teaching every day! We wanted to bring in some rising superstars and college students who have chosen to pursue education as a career. We want this dose of insight today to inspire you all, regardless of the position you are in life!
