Grant Stahla, Co-owner of Stahla Services, a nationwide provider of restroom, shower, and ADA trailer rentals again joins Enterprise Radio.

On this episode, the focus will be on the 8 Stall Shower Trailer, all the benefits and the specifics of renting this particular trailer for your needs.

Listen to host Eric Dye & guest Grant Stahla discuss the following:

(Host Eric Dye): Grant, who’s reaching for this trailer? Can you share the kinds of situations it’s built for and how you figure out if it’s got enough capacity for, say, a big event or a work crew?”

(Guest Grant Stahla): Absolutely, yeah. So this eight station shower trailer it’s a beast. It’s a big trailer, really long up to about 4,045 feet long, and they’re able to support some of the biggest gatherings of people out there. So just a quick summary of this eight station shower is that a lot of times it’s used for natural disaster or big events to be able to support hundreds of people that are there overnight, some sort of a campsite situation that don’t have hotel access or camper access. So it’s a great solution for lots of people out there. So excited to talk about the 8 stall shower trailer.

(Host Eric Dye): What’s a memorable story of this trailer in action? Maybe a festival, a tough job site, or something unexpected?

(Guest Grant Stahla):  Yeah, yeah, that’s good. We have several of those. One of them I’m thinking of we brought services. My wife and I actually did this event last year. We brought two shower trailers out in the mountains, the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, and we were there supporting a running race where they were running for over 100 miles and there was multiple sites where the runners would stop and stay overnight and then they would get up the next day and run another 20-30 miles. I mean, I just couldn’t believe it. They’re in the mountains running a marathon, but my wife and I, we would then follow with these two eight station restroom trailers and go to the next location after. After the runners woke up, they would shower, they’d brush their teeth, there are sinks in these shower trailers as well, and then they would go off to the races and Erin and I would pack these up and then drive about 20-30 miles down the road and then set them up again so that when the runners came in, they would in the afternoon, they’d be able to stop, grab their change of clothes, and hop in the shower. the cool thing about these is there’s individual shower base for each shower. And there’s a changing room outside of the shower, so you’re able to kind of freshen up fully, like you would at your shower at home. There’s a couple different models. There’s a big shower or rooms. So there’s showers that are big on the men’s side and then a big women’s side four and four or six. And two is how it’s divided up. And then there’s also 8 stall showers that have their own individual rooms. So these had a mixture of both individual rooms and then one of them was a big two individual big rooms, but that was definitely a memorable event. It was fun to see those runners sweating and bloody and tired and able to go and get perfectly clean with these trailers and we supported them with generators and water as well. So they’re fully off grid that was a lot of fun. Thanks for asking, Eric.

(Host Eric Dye): Can you break down the cost of getting this trailer? What’s renting it look like—daily,
