Grant Stahla, Co-owner of Stahla Services, a nationwide provider of restroom, shower, and ADA trailer rentals again joins Enterprise Radio.

On this episode, the focus will be on the 3 Stall Combo Restroom & Shower Trailer, all the benefits and the specifics of renting this particular trailer for your needs.

Listen to host Eric Dye & guest Grant Stahla discuss the following:

(Host Eric Dye): Grant, who’s reaching for this trailer? Can you share the kinds of situations it’s built for and how you figure out if it’s got enough capacity for, say, a big event or a work crew?”

(Guest Grant Stahla):  Yeah, you bet. Excited to talk about the the three stall combo trailer so it’s kind of a hard trailer to to describe because it’s like the name says it has 3 individual stalls and then it’s a restroom. So there’s a toilet in each stall and a shower. So really, when you’re thinking about this restroom trailer and shower trailer, it’s one that’s most like your bathroom at home. There’s a lot of bathrooms that just have the toilet, sink and shower and then they call them a three quarter bath. But but this trailer has the three individual rooms with three of those, so we’re bringing a lot of these trailers to, when they remodel, like a golf course clubhouse and they need to be able to wash their hands and shower and change and we’ll bring out this trailer and they’ll be able to keep that clubhouse going even during a remodel or when there’s emergency water main break or something like that. We also bring them for camp sites or when they bring in a bunch of campers to any sort of remote facility or location and they don’t have access to showers there. We’ll bring out this sound restroom trailer and be able to support some people and just a really good trailer for when you need to be able to use the restroom and take a shower and get freshened up and you don’t have a lot of people there.

(Host Eric Dye): What’s a memorable story of this trailer in action? Maybe a festival, a tough job site, or something unexpected?

(Guest Grant Stahla):  Yeah, well, some of my favorites at a campsite were able to support, like, the Boy Scouts of America rented a 3 stall combo trailer one year and they had a couple troops of campers come out and the campsite didn’t have enough showers. So we were able to bring out this trailer and help to supplement their experience so they could they could have a great time with their troop, and not have to worry about showers.

(Host Eric Dye): Can you break down the cost of getting this trailer? What’s renting it look like—daily, weekly, or long-term—and what about buying one outright?

(Guest Grant Stahla) : You bet, yeah. Happy to talk about that. So I can run down the rental prices and then we can talk about some of the additional add on costs or new purchase price. So to rent the three cell combo, you’re gonna be looking for a weekly cost about $6800, for a 28 day rate, you’re looking at about $9700. And then if you need it for between two months or five months, you’re looking at $7600 per month. Or if you need it for six months plus you’re at $6300 per month and then a year and a half or more, you’re about $5500 per month. And then for that new purchase price, typically it’s gonna be the same cost as a rental between a year and a half and two years of rental. So really, if you have a project that’s two or three years,
