Lance is known for his body double work of Pete Davidson, Ralph Macchio, Hero Fiennes Tiffin, Julian Graham, Michael Galante, Vince Foster, and Jackson Pace.

Lance has done stunt work on Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Shazam: Fury of the Gods, Willy Wonka, Bad Boys for Life, The Suicide Squad, All the King's Men, Spiderman: Homecoming, Black Lightening, Doom Patrol, The Walking Dead, Fear the Walking Dead, Sleepy Hollow and The Vampire Diaries.
