Her heist of the time magnet lead to Barry & Iris as well as the inspectors getting stuck in the Speed Lab.

Menwhile, Chuck confesses his love to Allegra and she freezes up. It takes an open and honest conversation with Cecile to help her figure out she is afraid of loosing him like others she has loved in her life
