The most important thing that leaders can do aside from helping their team meet the goal is to develop their people. Leaders should have the mindset of wanting to set their team or members up for success. How do you do this? Make sure you equip them with the right tools. Teach them to learn from ways that you had to develop yourself. Encourage a growth mindset and it will surely go a long way.
