#16 - Overcoming Anxiety and Panic Attacks
One thing that most of us are too scared to admit is the fact that we experience anxiety, specifically panic attacks. Mental health is, until this very day, a very touchy subject. Most of those who are experiencing panic attacks tend to keep it to themselves in the hopes of figuring out a way to handle it. And while I did that myself, managed it on my own, I would’ve probably saved myself some years had I talked to someone.
So this episode is dedicated to everyone who is experiencing anxiety, in particular, panic attacks. I’ll share my lowest moment, how I figured out a way to calm myself, and how I turned things around to my advantage. Stay tuned.
