Today host John Laurito talks about something that a lot of people are guilty of. It's letting others gauge your performance and, ultimately, your capabilities. He shared a personal experience when he thought somebody didn't like his presentation based on facial cues, but he was wrong. At the end of this episode, John wants his listeners to understand that while feedback is great it's not absolute. What's important is what you think of your performance based on your measuring stick.
