As Tom's Hirschsprung's Podcast reaches the big 3 0, I have my first ever returning guest as Laura O'Reilly joins me once again with her coach Dan from AAO.

In this episode we will discuss the recent Tough Mudder that both Laura and Dan completed, as well as Dan's journey from diagnosis of Crohn's disease in the army, to how he developed his thriving online fitness business.
