Panel discussion:
The Singapore government has unveiled its ambitious plans to expand Singapore's port and airport capacity,which requires more migrant workers. But earlier this year, 3-4000 people protested against a government White Paper which set out the case for the country to attract more migrant workers to boost its economy and the labour force.
