Jeremy Sonny and Al sit down and talk to legendary coach Francis Ruettiger from Rudy's Gym in Shorewood IL. He dives into the Rudy Mindset which was founded by his older brother Dan Ruettiger who's life story was told in the 1993 Film RUDY. He shares some of his coaching techniques and tells a couple stories of his brother when he was trying to make it to Notre Dame.
