Today we begin a 4 part series where we take a closer look at the 4 pillars of Happiness as outlined by Dr. Arthur Brooks. The first topic is faith. Why is our faith important and what are some practical daily practices we can use to grow in faith. Next we talk about obstacles to continuing with our daily habits of prayer and faith works. How the enemy uses tactics of distraction (even on good things) and discouragement to keep us from those daily habits. I introduce the idea that keeping the end in mind - meaning the end of our lives or the moment of our death, at the forefront our mind so as to stay on track with our habits and to keep our focus on what it is that we truly value.
