I don't share about my beginnings and my "why" behind doing this health and fitness thing. And while it is very important to me, I feel I am always living in the present or too busy looking FORWARD to spend time on the past on things that cannot be changed.
However, it is important to REFLECT for a few moments on what you have accomplished and what has happened in your life over a period of time. It helps us APPRECIATE things, find patterns, and in today's episode? It ultimately helps me (and you) find your WHY.
You are really nothing without your why. When times get tough and you question why you are even doing things....you go back to your WHY!
