We dig into concepts like explicit and implicit bias, internalized racism, Jim Crew, desegregation, the “one drop role” and how we have managed to navigate racism. I HAD to speak with Dr. Spicer, as someone who grew up in Jim Crew, marched in the Civil Rights Movement and studied the Psychology of Prejudice & Discrimination… he is an expert on race.
