Screen time

We are living in some crazy time these days. Our lives are dominated by screens, whether it is our phones, the computers and to a lesser extent tv. We have an honest and in-depth conversation about what role these screens play in our lives. From work to leisure/entertainment/social media we give an honest assessment of how we spend our times on these screens. More than that though we talk about how we decide to decompress and spend our time away from the screens.What is your level of self belief?
