- Embrace and lead with your strengths
- You can do 3 things with your weaknesses. You can ignore them, you can mitigate them or turn them into strengths
- Don’t confuse your authenticity
- To succeed you must have both motivation and information
- Money is an echo of values, focus on value you can provide to others
- Recognize your blind spots, but also be humble enough to listen to the opinions of other people that you trust
- Stay open to receptivity, but remember the giving comes first
- Be inwardly motivated but outwardly focused
