Renée Jones spent 40 years on the Diet Yo-Yo before overcoming her blocks in 2012. With a Master’s in Counseling, she now coaches and speaks. Her book is, What’s Really Eating You: Overcome the Triggers of Comfort Eating, and she has a TEDx talk with over half a million views.

When choosing food, stay in the present moment and recognize what you are putting into your mouth. Sit and enjoy, do not eat ‘in motion’
Give honor to the food your eating
Think about the specific foods that you eat. Your got to food. If it is not good for you, think about your history with that food. Who gave it to you?
Deny your the lessor parts of yourself and embrace the parts that help you Level UP!
