Right now, the need for equity training at schools is getting higher, not lower. It’s apparent that teachers still haven’t built the capacity or habit of doing the work on their own. According to today's guest, Dr. Eakins, the goal is for school members to get all the tools they need to take charge of their own social justice efforts.
