Welcome back to Time For Heroes Podcast, after nearly six weeks without a release I'm back with a brand spanking new episode for you all, and it's a cracker even if I do say myself.

Its Rab Allan, guitarist of Glasgow band Glasvegas.

We talked about Glasvegas career to date which includes 4 studio albums, we spoke about growing up in Glasgow, being in a band with your cousin and getting to hang out with some of the best people (Carl Barat, Alan McGee and Jonny Skinner) and a few other stories of rock n roll debauchery, but its not all that, we also here about Rab's PhD.

As usual at the end Rab chose his 4 heroes to come for dinner.
