Are you aware of what is going on when you don’t follow your plan? When you are either moving tasks further forward, swapping them out, procrastinating, or working past the time you said you would? Do you understand the root cause of it for yourself? Do you know why you are doing it? Now this is probably the thing that I help my clients most with. Understanding the root cause, and then helping them change it. Because it is the foundational piece you need in order to make those changes, because if you aren't aware of what is going on, if we don't get to the root cause of the issue, then you will keep repeating the same patterns, you'll keep struggling to get the results that you want.
