Okay, so today's question, question number 19 is this…Do you have self compassion for yourself, for where you are at right now, in your business? Do you have self-compassion for yourself when you assess the speed at which you are making progress in your business? For when you make mistakes, for when you fall behind, for when you aren't sticking to your commitments. For when you haven't followed your plan or your calendar, or you haven't achieved your goal by the deadline you set? Or do you judge yourself and beat yourself up and make yourself feel bad for simply being human? I think that having self-compassion is something that ambitious, highly driven, hard-working women find incredibly challenging when they are striving to be better at what they do, when they are striving to achieve big things for themselves and their families. When they are not quite there yet.
