In January of 2013, a call comes into the El Dorado County Sheriff's Department. Local defense attorney, David Weiner is on the line. He tells the 911 dispatcher that he is reporting a deceased body at the home of one of his clients. A client that he has defended before, in a case all too similar. Is this shooting a literal blast from the past? Or something much more sinister and premeditated?
