Steph Untz, owner of Paint and Grain talks about her experience with completing a 100 day project as a busy new mom. She talks about self care and the cycles of creation and destruction within her creative work. She discusses a collaboration she worked on with Nick De Ford for and exhibition in Knoxville Tennessee and what it was like to work in a woodshop in Japan. She has recently moved to Philadelphia and she dives into her dreams to start a creative shop where she can make, teach and exhibit with others.
