Prescription mindfulness, how much is enough , how much is too much with Dr Sarah Strohmaier, Mindfulness researcher, UK

 A short time of mindfulness, 5 mins, over 2 weeks compared to a longer-term, 20 mins over 2 weeks is more effective for people that have not practiced mindfulness before. 

Understanding- think about running a marathon, would not expect to run a marathon on the first day. Start small and pay attention to the breath.
