 The brain is such an important part of navigating fear, uncertainty, especially during a crisis. The brain has enormous capacity to change with training and effort. Many people discuss physical fitness with family and friends. But mental health is relegated to closed rooms and offices. Becoming brain fit is a wonderful way to build mental strength and resilience.
