Her mother Emily is one of the strongest women I have ever met. She sacrificed her dreams and worked more than three jobs at any one time to get her children a better life. Demi is her youngest daughter and in this episode you will learn what she did and how hard she is working to make their American dream of a better life possible. Emily was born as one of 16 children in Belize. Most of the time she did not know when the food was coming from and walked to school without shoes. Somehow she managed to get herself to California and worked at the Montessori School for 20 years to secure a better educational future for her children. I met Emily when Demi was a baby. This is an emotional and beautiful story as we watch Demi go to College. Everyone can benefit from this podcast, she gives tips and tricks to help others succeed.
