Another tip, If you’re cooking on the weekend or any day you feel like you have time make sure to double it or poach some eggs the night before, make the easiest food on those busy nights. It doesn’t have to be complicated at all.


This episode is a bit of a reality check for where we are heading as a nation, and the levels of behavioural issues and diseases being diagnosed to school children, cancer rates, diabetes, obesity and even depression, all of these illnesses that are prevalent in today’s society leads us back to the product and food that we put on and inside our body.
