The "world," should stay out of the whole situation in Europe right now. The only issue the "world" should have is the chance that any alliance would happen and things escalate! WW3! That would be less likely if the world would just let Russia deal with it's own people. (Ukrainians) The underlying reality is a WAR for Ukraine's independence.
