Ain't nobody got time for that! Especially dream chasing... (blows raspberry)... sure. Tell yourself that. Lets keep it HONEST though. You don't have time because you don't want to "waste time" to fail at your dream. Right? As you get older, you have more "obligations" or choices you've collected which take up your time.
