Today we review a July 2025 sermon entitled “Living for Legacy” by Pastor Steve Lacy of Willowbrook Church in Huntsville, Alabama. By examining the “legacy” concept against the teachings of Scripture, we find that this sermon is an example of false teaching. We also discuss how to recognize false teaching and some of the slippery tactics false teachers use to deceive.
